Week Fourteen

So, this week we go into week 14 of our home-schooling activities and we are going to be mixing things up a little this week. Using our comprehension, creative and research skills this week we will be creating some comic strips.

Choosing one of the events below and using the comic strip template we have provided (can be printed multiple time if extra is needed) we would like you to thoroughly research the even using what ever means you have available to you e.g. the internet, books or an adult who can help. Once you have all your information, we would like you to pick the main events and caption and illustrate the comic strip with the points to tell the story of how the overall event unfolded.

1. VE Day
2. The Blitz
3. The Battle of Waterloo
4. The life of Betsi Cadwaladr
5. Queen Elizabeth II coronation
